Avery DeNicola is a student of mixed-media arts in the Rivertowns. Her work has previously been featured in Ask Magazine.
Avery’s bulldog statue “Bookworm” is inspired by her love of reading and countless visits to local libraries.
The use of vintage- and time-worn-style pages in this project is intended to be an homage to Washington Irving, the literary namesake of our Village who published around the turn of the 19th century.
